Toolbar during startup on borderbar in NX9+

(OP)
In pre NX9, I was able to create a .tbr file, use DOCK LEFT and add it to the startup folder, and when I would start NX it would automatically turn on the toolbar and dock it to the left side of the screen. In NX 9 or higher, is there a way to do the same thing? I have tried creating it as a .abr file, placing ATTACHMENT_TARGET LeftBorderBar in the file and tweaking it with RIBBON_STYLE statements, but the toolbar will not startup automatically and dock to the left border bar with the ribbon interface. Does anyone know how to accomplish this?
