i have a 3 phase 50hz generator.its load capcity given by OEM is 60kVA.this 60Kva is the total capcity of all 3 phases or 60kva per phase. This generator can handle 60kVA by all 3 phases or 3 phases can handle 60,60 and 60 Kva each means 180 kVa total.

RE: generetor capacity

60kVA total, balanced evenly across the three phases and generally not exceeding 20kVA on any phase.

RE: generetor capacity

It is 60kVA total. You need to consider the kW output from your prime mover as well.

"Throughout space there is energy. Is this energy static or kinetic! If static our hopes are in vain; if kinetic — and this we know it is, for certain — then it is a mere question of time when men will succeed in attaching their machinery to the very wheelwork of nature". – Nikola Tesla
