Hi all,

I am trying to model the procedure of debulking for composites.
What I have in my model is essentially a tool (as a rigid body) and 4 prepreg plies of different orientations stacked one on top of the other. First ply has perfect contact with the tool and the rest of the plies have some bridging gaps between them.
A pressure is applied on the innermost ply.

The first ply on the tool is restrained at the bottom edge of each end to "not go inside the tool" and the middle of it is restrained from moving in the z direction, as I want it to be able to spread in the z direction but not translate.

I get quite a few warnings through the analysis. Some have to do with pivot points and excessive distortions

Dimensions are in mm (say the parts are 200mm long), pressure applied is in MPa (so 1 atmosphere=0.1MPa and therefore the load is 0.1) and the density of the prepreg is 1.8E-9
Most of the warnings I get, I have checked online and the most common replies are that the part is overconstrained (for the pivot point error) and that possibly there is an error of an order of magnitude or so in the material properties but unless I am missing something, I imagine I have input the properties correctly and I can't also see why the parts are over-constrained.

I have attached the input file, if that helps at visualising the problem better. Any help would be much appreciated.
