that i can use within a expression. the note gets too line to fit on sheet and i either enter it manually in all the location or ...Please offer better option

Create multiple expressions, limit each to your line length.

An alternative is to add a single cell tabular note with the "wrap" fit option turned on. For the cell text, reference your expression. You can then resize the cell as desired to get it to fit where you need it. You can even turn off the border of the cell to make it look like a normal "note" object.
