Notes in a sketch in modeling

(OP)
Can notes be added to a sketch in modeling but not within a sketch dimension.
I need to label elements in a sketch (ex. points in a series).
I am using NX8.
Thanks

RE: Notes in a sketch in modeling

Note that every geometric object in a Sketch is automatically named. If you go to...

Preferences -> Visualization -> Names/Borders

...and change the 'Show Object Names' option to 'Work View' or 'View of Definition', these names will become visible. You can then edit them by selecting the object, pressing MB3, selecting the 'Properties' option and in the 'General' tab you'll have access to the names which could be edited for your purpose.
