Has anyone ever heard of using epoxy to attach repads on an ASME Section VIII, Div 1 pressure vessel?

Metallic vessel? No. Part UIG vessel? Possibly, not familiar enough with it to say.

Thanks guys. Yes it's a carbon steel vessel. Sorry should have mentioned that.

I already told them no but just wanted my ducks in a row in case they asked why.
