In a Drawing how do you create a dimension at the intersection of two radius

In a Drawing how do you create a dimension at the intersection of two radius

In a Drawing how do you create a dimension at the intersection of two radius

(OP)
Right off the bat in Pro-Engineer when creating dimensions one option you can select is "Interesction" you pick the two intersecting lines and you have a dimension. FOR SOME REASON in Solidworks this is not available or is done by some hidden process.

My drawing as a 45 degree bend in it and I want to dimension the intersections of the two radius on each bend. How do you do this and it's not by using the min/max routine.

Again in Pro-E it's easy you select the word intersect from the menu and your done in 5 seconds.

Thanks any input will be appreciated.

jeff97070,

Place a sketch point at the intersection, and dimension to the sketch point.

Ctrl select the two lines, then click the sketch point. Unselect the lines, then ctrl select the next two lines and click the sketch point. Then dimensions to the sketch points.
