NX pre-selection flashing too much!

NX pre-selection flashing too much!

NX pre-selection flashing too much!

(OP)
I'm fairly new to NX and am having an issue with allt he pre-selection it does. Everytime I' move my mouse my something is getting selected and/or deselected, commence the screen flashing every few seconds. It's causing headaches and is extremely annoying. I've tried using the selection filter but that has limitations. Is there anything in the prefernces which I can modify to avoid having so many pre-selected items or change the colors of the selections so the flashing is so aggressive?

Thanks for the help in advance!

RE: NX pre-selection flashing too much!

In selection preferences Un-Check highlight selection on Rollover. also may help to set longer rollover delay also in selection preferences

RE: NX pre-selection flashing too much!

Are you running a certified graphics adapter ?
What you describe is typical for graphics cards which are "less suited" for NX.
Also the driver can be an issue.
Spaceball ?
NX version ?

Unchecking highlight selection with rollover did the trick, thank you!
