Termal stress at static mixer

(OP)

I´d like comments concerning termal stress for a static mixer manufacture with SS-304.
How important is the fadigue for this both temperature at static mixer body?
The primary flow is demineralized water 300 m³/h and 30°C
The secundary flow is demineralized water 45 m³/h and 150°C

Thanks, Barao53!

RE: Termal stress at static mixer

At the typical flow rates and temperature that you mention, fatigue is not a concern.
