Suggestion for sourcing pure tungsten metal scrap or tungsten carbide

Suggestion for sourcing pure tungsten metal scrap or tungsten carbide

Suggestion for sourcing pure tungsten metal scrap or tungsten carbide

(OP)
I have a need for about 1000 kilos of solid tungsten metal scrap or tungsten carbide scrap . Scrap is preferred because of cost .

Tungsten metal is being used for weight calibration of a large calibrated Test weight casting (10 tons each) . Lead is not an option.

I need tungsten that shall of uniformity in size and shape, so that I can get maximum bulk density. I plan to use about 50 kilos in each test weight casting .

I have contacted Plansee for Densimet rods or any other products they may have. But I have had no response. Perhaps my country of residence must be the reason for not responding.I have also contacted a few scrap dealers in UK, but no response.

Tom, I visited your web site to get your contact details, I could not find one . Please provide.

Thanks in anticipation.

I'm just one step away from being rich, all I need now is money.
