Avoiding unnecessary files during abaqus execution

Avoiding unnecessary files during abaqus execution

(OP)
Is there a way to avoid unnecessary files being generated or delete it if they generate ? I am running a sequence of abaqus simulation which are automated. I notice too many files being generated. I want only .odb for my post processing. I have written a batch command to manually delete those files after every simulation. I wonder if there is a better way in abaqus to avoid those files except .odb

RE: Avoiding unnecessary files during abaqus execution

My solution was a BAT as well. I keep the following: ODB, CAE and INP. I usually run the command in the directory after I'm done with the project. Depending on the file size and project importance I may also purge some of the kept files as well. I hope this helps.

As I know there is no option in Abaqus to control which file will be stored after simulation.
External scripts is the only solution.
