Interaction between membrane and cables (truss)

Interaction between membrane and cables (truss)

(OP)
Hello, i'm trying to simulate the interaction between cables and membrane using dynamic explicit step.

The membrane is a circular airbeam with a pressure applied to the internal surface, for the cable i chose a 3D wire with truss section. I want to study the interaction between this two elements, the cables are encastred to the top vertices and the gravity is on only in the cable. So i expected the cables (due to the gravity) rest on the membrane and acquire the curvature of the membrane in the contact zone. But indeed the cable penetrate through the membrane as if the interaction was off.

I choose:

Interaction

Surface to surface Contact (explict)

Master Surface: Membrane external surface
Slave Surface: Cable Node Region

Interaction Properties:

Tangetial behaviours: frictionless

Normal behaviours: "Hard Contact" allow separtion after contact on

Contact initialization and stabilization are off.

Could someone help me? thanks in advance, sorry for my bad english.
