The standardized femur model - including cancellous bone for FEA

(OP)
I am new to FEA. Has anyone worked with the muscle standardized femur or standardized femur models? I am building an FE model from this iges file and I want to incorporate cancellous bone. There are quite a few papers that have modelled both cortical and cancellous bone from these models; however it is not clear to me as to how to do this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Seems to me that you'd be better off posting in the forum associated with your CAD program. If nothing else, they can at least help you with the actual modeling aspects.
