AA-ADM 10 Significant Changes for combined Axial/Bending member

(OP)
The same member section, loads, and restraints evaluated under the 05 AA-ADM vs the 10 AA-ADM.
I found that the capacity evaluated using the 2005 ADM is nearly 50% more than that determined using the 10 ADM.

Can anyone qualify this change. I don't have access to the 10 ADM commentary.

I understand there were some significant changes in the 2010 update.

Does anyone have any insight they could provide on the major changes to the ADM between 2005 and 2010, specifically for Axial/Bending members.

Many Thanks,
