No Access to dataset message from NX

No Access to dataset message from NX

Dear Experts,

Currently we have TC8.3 & NX7.5 with mp12 Patched set up. I'm facing some unusual error as "No read access to dataset" warning from NX when we load the assembly in replicated site. i did crosschecked with access level between both site users / TC configuration from Edit > Options. everything is same between sites and users. including DBA access. same part able to open in owning site without any warning message and errors. Once this warning appears in replica site i could not able to load parts in NX assy tree.
Time being i suggested users to use replacing same component using "replace component" option in NX. once we did replace component, same part becomes readable and visible in NX able to do save as / edit and etc. for 1 or 2 components it's acceptible..but some time it's exceeds 30 or 40 sub-parts. but when i close the assy and re-open the nx assy again error occurres again. I have to do it again replacing part in assy tree. Even after loading(replacing part) all parts when i do saved as to new assy part, now i've ownership for the saved as item..but still bad luck remains..i mean newly saved as item has the same issue as like subject line.

also tried import ownership to local site (Which includes "Include all Versions" and "Include All Files" turned on while remote import with ownership) but no luck for me.

Does any one have Solution to fix this issue? Is possible plz explain me why it happens?
