Macro to change child configurations of assemblies to the default config

(OP)
All,
I have a situation where I have a top level assembly with many sub assemblies. I would like to run a macro in the top level assembly that would take all the sub assemblies and switch them to use the "default" configuration. Would anyone have know how I could do this??

RE: Macro to change child configurations of assemblies to the default config

I don't. Maybe some programming involved.
You can select with Ctrl-select all of them and change all at once.

Try following ctophers advice and record a macro when you do it. That will give you a majority of the code. Then its a matter of you getting the code to do it for any file you have actively open.
