Engineering design scope of UL1316

Engineering design scope of UL1316

(OP)
I am looking into engineering the structural laminates of some underground fibreglass storage tanks and I need some advice on the code UL 1316.
Does this code set out calculations to determine the laminate thickness of the tank similar to ASME RTP-1 does for above ground tanks?
If not can someone give me a brief synopsis of what the standard does specify?
I am only after some information or a code that specifies what the laminate thickness and other structural requirements are for an underground fibreglass tank. All the above ground codes, RTP-1, BS4994, BSEN 13121 specifically exclude underground tanks from their scopes.

Any help or advice is much appreciated.
