Does anyone know of any chemical compatibility issues with Arathane (Hunstman printed circuit board coating) and R-134A?

That depends what you mean. For example the solvent may swell the Arathane causing no permanent damage i.e. the solvent evaporates leaving the coating as it was. The solvent will not cause permanent chemical damage to the Arathane. Ask Huntsman and do some checking yourself.
