I am looking about ampacity in cable 3kV dc networks, especially rail power systems. In particular about cable trenches with many cables.

See [for instance]:

If you know how the cable is build [e.g.-conductor: copper or aluminum, cross section area [sqr.mm] class of stranding: class 5, compressed or compacted-insulation material and thickness [EPR, Silicon, 3.4 mm], screened, jacketed (EPR 2-3 mm) or else, you may calculate the ampacity according to IEC 60287-1-1 and 2-1.
