Sketch or curves into drawing

Sketch or curves into drawing

Sketch or curves into drawing

(OP)
I am using the master model approach for my drawings on this one and have a question

One of the neat things about master model drawings, I thought, is that you could create curves in the drawing main assembly, not in the part that is in the drawing, and have them show up in the drawing and not have to actually put them in your part file in the main assembly.

I have been trying and can't seem to get them to show up in the drawing

Could someone point me in the right direction

Thanks

RE: Sketch or curves into drawing

When you make the view you need to make sure you have the Specification model highlighted when you make your base view. After this you need to make sure you have include model curves turned on in your hidden lines in your view preferences.
