Low Pressure H2S removal techniques

Low Pressure H2S removal techniques

(OP)
Hello, I would like to inquire on the best (cheapest) way to reduce ~2,500 ppm H2S to 50-100 ppm. The gas is flare header, and so is low pressure (1.5 psig). I have only seen amine applications in higher pressure systems. Can amine be used in low pressure also? How would you regenerate the rich amine? Is caustic scrubbing the only other alternative?

Additionally, can anyone recommend any companies that would offer temporary scrubbing equipment for rent? I am located in the US Gulf Coast.

Thank you.
