Older Dodge diesel fuel solenoid.

Older Dodge diesel fuel solenoid.

I came across an inoperative fuel solenoid on a mid 90s Dodge diesel. It seems that there is nothing wrong with the original solenoid, or either of the two replacement solenoids.
The solenoid has two windings; A low resistance pull in winding and a high resistance holding winding.
The pull in winding is not getting current.
Does anyone know how the switching is controlled for the pull in winding and where on the vehicle the components are located?
An on-line wiring diagram would be great.
Thanks

Bill
