Routing Electrical Lock Length

Routing Electrical Lock Length

Routing Electrical Lock Length

(OP)
Hi All,
I was hoping to get some input on this situation. Currently, anytime a net-list is run in routing electrical package for NX the B curve changes in length anywhere from a quarter of mm to a mm. I was wondering and hoping if there is away to prevent this from happening. I have to go back and change each branch of the harness that has changed in length. At the present time we are instructed not use lock length feature on our harness. Is there a setting or something that can be done or do we need to use lock length to maintain the length then remove it. Also will that have ant effect on the harness when translating the data to a supplier.
I am truly grateful for all suggestion
