seems a panel fell of a large parking structure, from the photo's it looks like the concoctions failed or similar, will be interesting to see what the investigation reveals.

Thats pretty scary stuff.

I think something similar to this was going to happen to a carpark in the central Geelong region but the City replaced all panels with mesh.

Any ideas of the connections that were used ?
