Polymer modified concrete in molds

(OP)
I was thinking of experimenting with polymer modified concrete for precast applications. I am a bit hesitant though do to the price of the polymers and one of the bigger benefits is the strong adhesion of PMCs. I am wondering how easy it is to get the PMC to release from the inside of a mold. My molds are fiberglass and I can not afford to damage them by having the form stuck to them.

RE: Polymer modified concrete in molds

You might have to experiment a bit with one or more methods - trying some different form release agents on it.
That might leave stains on the concrete though.
