Do any of you know any ANSYS resellers who will grant a license to an unemployed expert ANSYS user so he can keep up his skills?

I'm not aware of any, but they used to sell a node and element limited version called ANSYS ED for a fairly nominal price. Something like 500 elements and 1000 nodes.
