Could someone help me with this callout problem

Could someone help me with this callout problem

RE: Could someone help me with this callout problem

Yes, I could help you if I was at work
You need to expand your annotations menu all the way to find the fractions menu.

maybe go into your command finder and enter "fraction annotation" and see what comes up

the command finder is the binoculars icon on your toolbarhttp://www.eng-tips.com/

I found the fraction area under the notes dialog, but that's not it---its not a note

It seems to be something with the hole callout dimensioning

If its a "thread feature", then it works fine, when its a "symbolic thread" then it gives me the line between the upper and lower---now in the case of 10-24 unc, it puts a line under the entire text, nothing underneath

If I go into settings and uncheck the callout so it puts nothing there, the stub portion of the leader is correct, if I turn on length only it puts the line back

Thanks,

But when its a fraction style like 1/2 - 13 unc, it has the 1 on top by itself, a line under everything, then the 2-13 unc by itself, and a stub leader under everything

wierd

Yes, the video should help you see what the new preferred method is for creating Hole Callouts in NX 9.0. While the old...

...function still exists, the preferred approach is to now use the new 'Hole Callout' method option found on the Radial Dimension dialog.
