Dear All,
Could you some one guide me that in Main roof (no shelter) 4 cooling towers has been installed.Power cables have installed by means of cable tray, the issue is control cables (1cx2.5 sqmm) and belden cables (BMS) to be installed by means of either GL trunking/GI rigid conduit? Can some one help me which method to be followed with IEE/IEC standards, it will help me lot.

First of all this is not the usual forum for this cable application [I think "Electrical/Electronic engineering other topics" forum will be better]. Second: I cannot open the link [You have to check it].
I think the cable you referred is as following:

You could use cable tray provided with raised covers [against the sun radiation].
All metallic parts have to be weather protected and lightning protection has to be provided [see- for instance- NFPA 780].
