Rip Rap design for SWM detention ponds

I am working on SWM detention ponds and am looking for some help to find out if there is any referenced book or any literature which could be used to find out rip rap size and extent. I have multiple scenarios as follows:
1. Non submerged multiple pipes pond inlet with pond being at least 1.5m below the normal water level.
2. Submerged pipe inlet with normal water level 1m above the crown of the inlet pipe.
Any help will greatly be appreciated.
