Eco Cut

Eco Cut

(OP)
Hi:

I am new to laser programming. Does anybody know about eco cut and also what is the difference between standard and eco cut.
Thanks in advance.

RE: Eco Cut

What machine are you using? Eco cut is usally a faster process, standard is a slower process. Eco cut will not give a better finish that stanadard cut.
Basically, standard cut takes longer and gives a better cut, Eco reduces cutting times and gives a less of a perfect finish.

RE: Eco Cut

It is my understanding that the ECO cut refers to using the ECO cone. The only difference between the standard cone and ECO is the ECO has Nozzle cooling. Its that air hose that comes off the side of the cone. This keeps the double nozzles from melting or burning out on the inside.
