Independent Meshing for parts in an assembly [ANSYS 14.0]

Independent Meshing for parts in an assembly [ANSYS 14.0]

(OP)
Hi all,

I'm currently working on a model of 48 parts on Ansys which I have (finally) managed to mesh once in the Workbench, with the Advanced Size Function ON : On curvature, some mapped faces and sizing controls.
The problem is after I modified one part, some other parts weren't meshing anymore. Could it be because of the "initial size seed : full assembly" ? Because I didn't changed the boundary box of the part, only few details of it...
I'm trying to mesh my assembly without the Advanced Size Function, unsuccessfully until now.

What can be the cause of this problem ?
How should I process to suppress the influence of the new geometry of the part on the whole assembly ?

thank you for reading and your answers.
