Visibility of Coordinate Frames

Visibility of Coordinate Frames

Visibility of Coordinate Frames

(OP)
I am using the Drafting application for the first time. When I add my assembly to the drawing, the coordinate system from every part is also included. I know I can use Ctrl-W and then hide the Datums. However that hides every single one of them. How can I hide all the subcomponents but keep the assembly coordinate frame visible?

Thanks

RE: Visibility of Coordinate Frames

Have you added components to your assemblies using model/solid reference set?

This brings through only the solid bodies from child part / sub-assembly.

At assembly level, you can change the reference set shown by right clicking on a component in the assembly navigator.

You can also bring through "entire part" temporarily if you want to use a components datums e.g. for constraints, then put it back to solid afterwards.
