Assembly saving problems

Assembly saving problems

Assembly saving problems

(OP)
Good Morning All
Does anyone know a way to save a model with drafting sheets that is brought in as an assembly so it is a complete file.
Thanks
Jim

RE: Assembly saving problems

I'm not quite sure I understand the problem from your description.

Do you have a model and drawing in the same file and now you want to split it into 2 files: model in its own file, drawing in its own file?

Or, do you have a model file and a drawing file and now you want to combine them into one file?

Or, something else?

RE: Assembly saving problems

Sorry it took so long for a reply. The file I have has alot of little assembly drawings used within the main file. It seems that they have a library they pick from and then somehow it is referenced within the CAD file. What I would like to do is combine all of those smaller files and save it as a single file.
Thanks
Jim
