Coupling CS flange with super SS ring joint / Galvanic corrosion likelihood

(OP)
Dear All,
Can anyone inform if galvanic corrosion could take place when coupling CS RTJ Flanges with super austenitic SS (904 L) ring joints in sea water environment ?

Regards

RE: Coupling CS flange with super SS ring joint / Galvanic corrosion likelihood

Yes, and the corrosion of the CS is all that will keep the 904L from corroding.
It is not a seawater suitable alloy.
