How do I change the display font of dimensions that have become dis-associated in my drafting views? They used to display as dashed, which would tip me off that something with the model/drafting was wrong, but now they keep the same font as normal dimensions. I would like to change NX back to showing these dims differently than normal, properly associated dims. How do I do this? I've been hunting around the preferences and customer defaults but no luck so far.

Running NX 8.0.2.2.

Preferences -> Drafting -> Annotation -> retained annotations section, set your preferences here. Be sure to change the preferences in your template file(s) too.
