Tube sheet design by FEA ( perforated plate)

Tube sheet design by FEA ( perforated plate)

(OP)

I'd like to design a fix tube sheet according to ASME sec 8 div 2 - part 5 and evaluate stress in tube sheet and it’s connection to shell and channel but I don’t know how to define boundary condition according to code while there is an expansion joint in shell side (please see Fig 5.E.3 – ASME sec 8 div 2 part 5).
I know how to design expansion joint separately and defining its boundary condition by FEA based on TEMA 9th edition but there isn’t any guide for tube sheet modeling in code. Is it possible to evaluate stress of tube sheet according to TEMA procedure (I mean fixing channel side and put a force which produced Sigma s,m (UHX 13-5- step 10) on shell side for all 7 load case mentioned in table UHX -17)?( please see attached picture )
