QR vs SR

QR vs SR

QR vs SR

(OP)
Hello Fórum:

¿In a mercantile occupancy (OHII), given that the design área reduction is not an issue, is there any advantage or is it advisable to specify QR over SR sprinklers?

They are a few dollars more expensive, but from the technical side are QR preferable?

I want to know what is common practice for ordinary hazard.

thanks

RE: QR vs SR

Due to costs, if I can't use the design area reduction in an ordinary hazard area, I use SR sprinklers. They have been around forever and do have a great track record.
