cell fill

cell fill

cell fill

(OP)
Hello,

Wondering if NX has a function to fill a cell in a table.... similar to background cell fill in excel. All I've been able to come up with thus far is to trace the cells with sketch curves and then use the solid area fill. I'm thinking there should be an easier way.

Currently running NX6.0.5.3 but if available in future version it would still be handy to know.

Thanks,
Ryan

RE: cell fill

While cells in a Tabular Note might look, and to soem degree, act like cells in a Spreadsheet, they currently do not support the display of anything other than text strings. In other words, NO, there are no options to directly shade/fill/hatch a cell. And I'm not aware of any plans to provide that sort of capability in future versions of NX.

John,

Thanks for the reply. Not what I was anticipating, but at least I know.

Thanks again,
Ryan
