Rotate Part or Assembly w Middle Mouse Button Preference

Rotate Part or Assembly w Middle Mouse Button Preference

Rotate Part or Assembly w Middle Mouse Button Preference

(OP)
When I press on MMB with the intention of rotating the part
or an assembly, it rotates up to a point and then won't rotate further.
I was always able to rotate things 360 degrees on all axis. Is there
preference that, perhaps, I need to reset to get things to rotate all over? Thanks

RE: Rotate Part or Assembly w Middle Mouse Button Preference

If your mouse is no longer rotating SW files properly, then you probably need to update your mouse driver. SW has no control over the mouse or the middle mouse button.

RE: Rotate Part or Assembly w Middle Mouse Button Preference

thanks for the follow up, Scott.

I figured out what the problem was. Somehow the preference "rotate about scene floor" got activated.
I unchecked that, and all is good.

But thank you for your suggestion.
