Wheel with blades and brakes, fibre glass chopping gun

(OP)
Hi guys I am currently looking for 2 pieces of hardware, and trying to google search them has proved to be difficult.

The first component is a wheel that allows blades to be insert or removed from the unit.

The second component is a wheel with a brake attached to it.

Both parts need to be about 50mm in diameter, does anyone know where I might be able to find these parts as standard. The final image, shows both components in context. I would prefer to buy something off the shelf if this possible. As you can tell the unit is a chopping unit for fibre glass.

Regards

RE: Wheel with blades and brakes, fibre glass chopping gun

Those appear to be proprietary parts, which means that the only source is the original manufacturer of the equipment. Do you not know who that is?
