Help with creating angled flanges

(OP)
I'm struggling to create an angled flange in Catia and was wondering if shed some light on how to do it. I've included an image as an attachment to this message of the flange that I'm trying to create.

Currently when I make a flange in Catia (aerospace sheet metal design), the flange comes out at 90 degrees (see the image below - on the right hand side, it would be where the blue line is drawn). I don't know how to increase this to 101 degrees (to get the desired 79 degree bend). If I had to cut away material and trim to a certain angle, that would be simple enough, but this requires adding to the flange. Is it possible?

Thanks in advance.
