Ok, you guys are going to get sick of me--LOL

I have 2 hole features in my insert

I pick on the new hole callout dimension but It doesn't select anything on the screen when I click on the features in the view
Am I not understanding the use of this

I attached a screenshot

Check your Drawing view and see if it's Lightweight. If so, change it to Exact and see if that helps. If it does, then please call GTAC and open an IR/PR asking that this be fixed.

I wonder if this might be why its not working

I used a datum plane above the part to put the holes in and then intersected the insert with my main shape body to get my desired shape on the top face, which is a contoured shape.
I wonder if that changed the hole features

Yes, that will effect it as well as the function is looking for true arcs.
