API Tank - Preventing shell roundness deformation during tansport

(OP)
Good Day Expert!

In our current project, we have a shop fabricated tank that has an outside diameter of 30 ft, around 38 ft high (including the top nozzle projection) and 0.375 inches thickness in shell, roof, bottom. Logistics recommends to transport this tank horizontally per local code, and what that, I would like to hear your advise and suggestion to where I can evaluate in the code/standard to prevent the deformation of shell roundness during transportation.

Thank you in advance,
