Just wondering!!

When you use the Show Only option under the assembly-context control, is there any way to go back to the structure where you called the command

I some software I have used in the past you use isolate and then un isolate and it takes you back.

Is there a similar method in UG to achieve this?

Thanks

Brian

RE: Show Only

If you haven't done anything else that you don't want to lose, you could always perform an Undo. Or you could try doing a 'Show' operation and after all of the Hide/Show statuses have been reversed, you could just do a 'Select All' and hit OK.

RE: Show Only

Starting with NX 10.0, we've modified the 'Bookmark' function to provide some display options which can either be used in conjuction with creating a traditional 'Assembly 'Bookmark' or stand-alone as just a 'Display Bookmark' where you can save the status of the displayed model, be it an Assembly or a piece part. In addition to saving the Hide/Show status of the objects in your model, you can also save the layer status, view scale and orientation, rendering mode, etc.

That will be nice John, I use bookmark for saving main display states like top assembly, bottom assembly, stage 1---etc.

It will be great to have some more functionality with the assembly display states

Thanks

RE: Show Only

John,
you are talking about NX10 and about bookmark, but bookmark are stored as file outside the assembly, then the 'display state' is not shared to all users inside the assembly.
I would like that this bookmark is stored inside the assembly navigator like 'section' folder.

Thank you...
