Concrete porch foundation adjacent to pile cap

Concrete porch foundation adjacent to pile cap

(OP)
Good Morning,

I'm trying to get my head around a detail for a concrete porch & stairway for a new modular building. The building will be supported by helical piles with 18x18x18" pile caps.
I' not sure how to detail the porch foundation adjacent to the pile cap. I don't want to undermine the cap and I don't want to leave the port susceptible to frost heave.
The building is being built in Suffolk County on Long Island in New York.

Any help would be appreciated. Please let me know if additional information are required. Attached is a PDF of the detail at 1/4" scale, and the autocad dwg in full scale.
