Hello

When I want to save my work, the conflict manager returns me the following message:
The local primary site does not include designated safe for caching or active folder for this purpose.

Have you any idea?

RE: not include designated safe

What PLM system are you connected to?
In PDMLink (maybe Intralink, too) you need a cache content vault that has RW permissions to save and upload a file.

My system is Proe / Intralink

I just watched the rights to files, RW are OK. The novelty is that when you create a new work the problem does not appear. just on old pieces

Thank you for your help.

RE: not include designated safe

Check your Intralink vaults and be sure they are set to enabled for write from the File Manager. I am guessing you are on a version of Intralink that is Windchill based, 8 or higher?
