Exporting parasolid from Assembly

I find the very useful journal for exporting parasolid from assembly from one of your old post that is
http://www.eng-tips.com/viewthread.cfm?qid=290743.
But this journal export only one part out of Multiple part assembled.
ie If I have assembled one part at three different location, this journal export only one of this.

Can we modify this so that it will export all three with there different Location

Regards,

Amol

RE: Exporting parasolid from Assembly

You may want to consider a STEP export for what you need, instead of a parasolid.
Try it once and see if it gives you what you need.

Thanks Jerry for quick reply.
But customer requirement is all out put is required in parasolid.

So can we modify this for parasolid.

RE: Exporting parasolid from Assembly

If you do not need to automate the export process, then you can accomplish what you need using the File > Export options directly. Just check them out. There are a number of ways to do what you want to do but the simplest is to do File > Export > Parasolid; then use the options in the window that pops up to control selection of the various bodies you wish to export. Hope that's enough to help you get it done.
