Cell Style in a Tabular Note UG NX 8.0

Cell Style in a Tabular Note UG NX 8.0

Hello,

I'm trying to modify the style of text within cells of a tabular note and I'm running into trouble. I am able to change text size, font, but cannot modify the aspect ratio. The aspect ratio is default at 1.0 and when I change the value to 0.75 in the annotation style dialog (right-click cell--->cell style) and hit apply, the text in the table flickers, but does not change, and the value in the Annotation Style Dialog box reverts back to 1.0.

I've tried it on individual cells, rows, columns, and the entire table with no successful effect. I've also tried modifying the style during the table note creation but that didn't work either. Anyone else have any ideas?

Thanks, and best regards,

Check the cell style, are any text fit methods currently active? If so, they may override your desired edit.

That was it. I needed to un-check the *Auto Size Text* option from the Fit Methods. Worked great. Thanks for the assist!
