Hydro Testing assemble only OTSG

(OP)
Hydro testing OTSG (ASME Sec 1) Original plan was to use two separate hydro test packages for testing the completed boiler assembly. One for the boiler proper (@ 16950 Kpa = 1.5 MAWP) & another test for the Boiler Feed Water (BEP) (@ 22050 Kpa = 1.5 Design Pressure). These units are Forced Flow Steam Generators. As-per ASME Sec 1 (Paragraph PG-99.3) states A completed forced-flow steam generator with no fixed steam and waterline, having pressure parts designed for different pressure levels along the path of water-steam flow, shall be subjected to a hydrostatic pressure test by the above procedure (PG-99.1 and PG-99.2). Is there any code case or additional information out there to support one hydro test.
