create icon for .dfa file error: The User Interface Styler file is not available... need HELP

(OP)
Hello everyone,

I have a .dfa file and I need to create an icon on a ribbon to launch it.

I added the file to Knowledge Fusion in the .dfa manager and launching from there all works fine.
Now trying to create an icon, I edit the action for the icon, type = KF application, point to where the .dfa file is and when I test it I get this error:
'''
unable to find or load the dialog for execution
the path to the .dfa file
The User Interface Styler file is not available
'''

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this, where to create this user interface Styler?

thanks so much
regards
Kiko

Icons are generally .BMP files. You can create them using something like MS Paint or other drawing/graphic programs. I use a dedicated icon builder named 'Icon Collector' from Great Owl Software ( http://great-owl-software.software.informer.com/ )
